Panel Fabrication

When a panel cannot be saved or simply no longer exists, we make a new one. Panel fabrication is among the most demanding skills in classic restoration, and it is one we hold in-house.

Working from the original geometry, patterns and the car itself, we shape steel and aluminium by hand and with the English wheel, forming compound curves and complex sections that match the factory part exactly. The new metal is then fitted, welded and metal-finished into the structure.

This capability means no project is held back by a missing or unobtainable panel. It also means repairs are invisible — the fabricated section becomes part of the car, indistinguishable from the original once the body is complete.
